At Grateful Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email for you to print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely seal the package before attaching the shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
